Summary: Compile and link task for ant

Description:
This ant task can compile various source languages and produce
executables, shared libraries (aka DLL's) and static libraries. Compiler
adaptors are currently available for several C/C++ compilers, FORTRAN,
MIDL and Windows Resource files.
