The ``blist`` is a drop-in replacement for the Python list the
provides better performance when modifying large lists. The blist
package also provides ``sortedlist``, ``sortedset``,
``weaksortedlist``, ``weaksortedset``, ``sorteddict``, and ``btuple``
types.
