Summary: Meta task listing packages by group

Description:
prefer.vendor.list is used by urpmi, rpmdrake and installer to prefer some
packages when there is a choice.

"rpmsrate" and "compsUsers.pl" are used by installer and rpmdrake to choose
packages to install.
